The older part of Henderson was started actually back in the 40's and 50's
soon after the Hoover Dam was built. There is a lot of Henderson real estate
and many affordable homes both new and older, some of homes dating back into
the 40's and 50's. When people think of Henderson, they think of Green Valley,
they think of Green Valley Ranch, they think of Anthem, they think of McDonald
Ranch, they think of Coventry at Anthem, they think of Seven Hills and many
other of the newer communities. These are all sub-communities within the greater
area of Henderson . All of these are lovely. Most of these are built within
the last 5 or 6 years, Green Valley probably being the oldest of them with
parts of Green Valley now 20 years old. There is truly something for everyone
in the city we call Henderson .
