 MLS area 603 consists almost entirely of only 1 zip code, 89011. A small percentage of the homes are in zip code 89015. It is bounded on the north by Russell Road, on the east by Lake Mead, on the south by Lake Mead Parkway and on the west by Boulder Highway.

The main landmarks in this area are Lake Las Vegas and Lake Mead. There is a park at the south end of this area. It is the Bird Viewing Preserve and Water Reclamation Facility from the Henderson Parks and Recreation Department . Just outside area 603, to the north is Sam Boyd Stadium, where the UNLV Running Rebels play their football games.

The entire area is zoned for Basic high school

This table was done on February 19, 2009. These numbers really don't mean that much. There is no similarity between South Valley Ranch, where a majority of the homes are and Lake Las Vegas, where most of the homes that are listed are.
